Happy Engineers Week!

Guess its kindve late, but whatever. We (IEEE) had a booth at the Science Center today that I helped out with, and we had some interested students and adults come by and talk to us about engineering. Next time though, we really need to have an interesting demonstration to get them interested… I’m thinking high voltage, but even something like a silicon wafer with transistors on it, or *anything* really. I did meet some people who are looking for mentors for various pre-college programs, so there might be an opportunity to help out (i’ve been looking for a way to get involved out here…).
